You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for purchasing products and/or services are correct and accurate. You agree that it is an offense to provide details of a credit card which is not lawfully owned by you.

Return Policy

All points sales are final. www.AmericanMafia.org does not issue refunds, credits adjustments or replacement for any purchases.

Online Fraud

With the high level of Internet credit card fraud that exists, we must follow the policies of the issuing bank of your credit card. At times, we may require documentation from you in order to verify that you are indeed the cardholder. Examples of documentation required may include a copy or image of your credit card, a drivers license or state-issued ID card, a utility bill that has your billing address on it, or additional items.

Legal Enforcement

We will fully prosecute fraud to the fullest extent of the law and work with all law enforcement agencies and cooperate with the FBI, Secret Service and any other department to validate or help in preventing fraudulent use of credit cards. Please note that "friendly fraud" (legitimate customers that purchase products but dispute the charge after receiving the products) is a criminal offense and will be litigated and pursued by all means available.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AmericanMafia.org or its vendors be liable for damages or losses of any kind due to the disruption in services imposed as result of a delay, non-delivery, nonpayment or underpayment of this transaction. In no event will AmericanMafia.org or its vendors be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. These conditions cannot be changed or supplemented orally.
