Attacking or Killing Other Players

So you want to end someone’s life (online) in the American Mafia Game. Whatever reasons you have, be very careful because it might get back to you. When you kill another character, they might revive and get their sweet revenge, or their entire family will come after you. They might even stock up their inventory with the most powerful attack weapons and you will find yourself swimming with the fishes.

Also, when you attack or murder someone (in the game), a witness statement will be sent out to certain online players and the witnesses may use that against you, or share the information with others, or even sell the witness statement (WS).

You may also die when you are attacking somebody that’s just way too powerful. That’s called a whack back or backfire and you need to make sure your attack is well thought. Consider you shot yourself while you were trying to kill someone.

Why can’t you kill?

Some of the most common unfounded questions and concerns about killing may sound like this:

  • I worked hard for my account, but I can’t kill anyone important
  • My rank is higher than the victim, but I can’t kill him/her no matter what
  • The Admins are interfering and ruining my account
  • The Game is rigged, unfair, I don’t know what’s wrong with my account
  • I purchased a lot of marketplace attack items, but I can’t kill this person
  • I am sure there is game bug and that’s why I can’t kill anyone
  • The game is broken, other people just like me can kill anyone they want
  • I revived my previous killed character and I think my strength or attack power decreased
  • My target has connections and knows the Admins, that’s why I can’t kill him/her
  • My target is most likely an Admin or Staff member interfering with the game

All the above questions can be easily explained. Please read the information below:

Nobody in the game can make the assessment about why you can or cannot kill another player, so don’t contact us with these type of questions, we won’t be able to help. Your entire game activity will decide when you are able to end someone’s virtual life. Your target’s game activity will decide as well. So if it wasn’t meant to be at that moment, then you won’t be unable to kill your target. It doesn’t necessarily mean your attack is weak, it means their defense is very strong and they are not meant to die at the moment of the attack.

The American Mafia virtual world is on auto-pilot, so nobody can make changes, or review your character’s attack or defense points and compare it with the numbers.

Furthermore, we are not showing any account metrics based on your activity, so you really won’t be able to understand why certain things happen the way they do. The entire game experience is role-playing just like in real life, but rest assured the system has been built from ground up and made to be fair for all players. Game skills, hard work and marketplace items have their weight and are considered.

You might also be inclined to ask other players about why you can’t kill somebody and they will try to give you inaccurate information based on guessing. We may repeat ourselves, but nobody can compare the stats of two players manually, everything is done automatically without human review. You may contact us with feedback and suggestions if you have a feature request and we will review it.

The Administrator and/or Staff members will not:

  • Interfere with the game
  • favor any players
  • alter/modify character’s accounts to tip the balance
  • be unfair to anyone

Please report any player that is providing you with false information or pretending to have connections to the Administrator or Staff members.
