Franklin Albert Dodge is a hoodlem and a thief with considerable skill, born and raised in Louisiana , Dodge  was arrested at the age of 15 for theft,Dodge's Dad was a gambler and his mother a show girl, Dodge started robbing to pay off his fathers  debts,Dodge has been in and out of jail  for robbery ,exstortion,and murder .Dodge lives modestly  and banks all his cash,he has no plans for retirement.
