LeftyTwoGunz has been a force to be reckoned with since he first joined the American Mafia. He started his career as an associate in the Barzini Crime Family, then run by Emilio Barzini Sr, and quickly worked his way up the ladder eventually becoming Emilio’s Right Hand Man and logical successor. When Emilio was murdered, Lefty stepped up and took over the position of Boss of the Barzini Crime Family and Empire, a position he still holds to this day. In his time as Boss of Barzini, the Barzini family grew significantly eventually reaching the point of having 100+ members with 4 total Empires (all owing allegiance to the Barzini Don) and at its peak 20 branch families.

This American Mafia Legend was the first man to kill another American Mafia Legend, a feat he accomplished multiple times. Lefty also has the distinction of being the CURRENT longest living active player of the New Era (2013 and on) as well as leading the Barzini Empire to become the CURRENT longest running Empire of the New Era. He has held the player created title of “Kingpin” multiple times and is well known to be very, very dangerous. He certainly is a player who has impacted the American Mafia in a very big way and was even jokingly dubbed “Godking Lefty” in recognition of this. His enemies even show him respect due to his cunning and never back down attitude.
